Help with my order

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?


As much as we love a good deal, our system only allows one coupon code per order. Choose the one that gives you the best value!

What if the item I want is sold out in my size?


Some of our most popular items sell out fast—but don’t worry, we might be restocking soon! Reach out to our customer care team at info@revelmoki.com and let us know which item and size you're looking for. Be sure to include the best email address to contact you, and we’ll do our best to notify you if it comes back in stock.

Discount codes

Discount codes are sales-specific codes that can apply to your order when you are checking out. If there is a site-wide sale, applying discount codes may not be allowed unless otherwise indicated.

Can I apply more than one discount code after placing my order?


Only one discount code can be applied per order, and unfortunately, it can’t be added or changed once your order has been placed.

Why isn’t my discount code working?


Discount codes are often available for a limited time and may expire. If your code isn’t being accepted, it could be because:

-The code has expired

-The items in your cart don’t meet the eligibility requirements (like minimum spend or product exclusions)

Double-check the terms of the promotion or feel free to contact us if you’re unsure!

Shipping

How long does processing take?


Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time.

What are the shipping time estimates (U.S.)?

-Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

-Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days. 

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. While we aim to ship on time, we are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier. During the holidays they can take longer.

Will I receive a tracking number?


Yes! Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email (if provided at checkout).

What if my tracking says 'delivered,' but I didn’t receive it?


Once tracking shows “delivered,” we consider the order fulfilled. If you didn’t receive it, please contact your local USPS to check the GPS scan info. Email us at info@revelmoki.com, we here to help. Note: We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.

 

Return / Refunds

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for items that arrive with defects or errors. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and include photos within 30 days of delivery. We’ll take care of the issue quickly. 

Do I need to return a defective item?

No. If there’s a clear manufacturer defect or fulfillment error, you won’t need to send the item back. Just reach out to us with a photo and description, and we’ll issue a replacement or a refund—your choice.

What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or errors (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind). Please double-check our size chart and product details before purchasing.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Please email us at info@revelmoki.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.

How long do I have to report an issue?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any defects, damage, or errors with your order.

Can I return Gift Cards?

Gift cards are final sale items thus they cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Because all apparel is printed to order, cancellations are only allowed before an item enters production. Once your order begins printing, it cannot be canceled, and it will be fulfilled as normal.
